This is a great opportunity to take the exciting next step in your hospitality career and work as part of the Kitchen team within Surya Hotels. We’re looking for a Chef De Partie (CDP) to join us. Thatcher’s Hotel is a charming Tudor style property set in the heart of the glorious Surrey countryside. There are 87 guest rooms in total, a restaurant, bar, events and conference space along with private dining. Just under an hour away from London and lying between Guildford and Leatherhead, in the village of East Horsley, Thatcher’s Hotel is the perfect city escape. We are perfectly positioned to explore the many local attractions in the surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of menu items; run your section when fully trained and confident.
- Support the Head Chef and brigade; work as a team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner.
- Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section – great food, every time.
- Follow Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section.
