With 14 sites and a payroll of more than £10 million, you will manage multiple payrolls and align rotas with payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the business.
You’ll work on-site with site managers and our payroll bureau, handling SSP, SMP, Tronc, live‑ins, pro‑rating and bonuses, and you will resolve payroll queries while upholding HR policies and hospitality industry standards.
