We are looking for talented and motivated Line Chefs to join our kitchen team at our busy Dragonfly Hotel in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will be tasked with cooking food to an outstanding level to provide to all of our customers and we are looking for experience in either a hotel or preferably a pub/brasserie environment.
We are looking for our Line Chefs to have:
- Fantastic flair with food - cooking to recipes and specs
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to deliver high standards consistently - including compliance and cleaning
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Time efficient - delivering great food to the table in a timely manner
The Line Chef role requires:
- Preparing and cooking items on the menu
- Organising and labelling the kitchen and its storage
- Great teamwork
- Managing and ordering in stock
- Keeping wastage to a minimum
As we grow the team and continue to expand, Line Chef roles may be working flexible or part-time hours.
