To be a successful Kitchen Porter, an important part of our kitchen team, you will need:
- A positive, can do attitude to ensure all kitchen equipment, tools and guest crockery and cutlery are cleaned and ready when needed.
- To take pride in your work - confident in being a crucial part in the wheel of kitchen operations.
- A willingness to learn about different food, techniques and service styles - able to take on new tasks to support the chefs and colleagues.
- A team player - there to support and ensure the wheels keep turning in the kitchen, really pulling through in those peak periods.
