Thatchers Hotel is a charming Tudor style property set in the heart of the glorious Surrey countryside. With 87 newly refurbished rooms, with multiple event and conference spaces, Thatcher's is a stunning property to work within.

To shine as our Hotel Receptionist you should have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good natural sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.

As a Hotel Receptionist duties

will include:

• Taking reservations
• Dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance
• Check-ins and check-outs
• Taking payments and maintaining confidentiality of guest information
• answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Upselling hotel services such as room upgrades and dining
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared and guest issues are resolved promptly
