Key Responsibilities as our Line Chef:
- Preparing and cooking menu items in line with company specifications and recipe standards
- Delivering high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently
- Maintaining excellent food presentation standards
- Managing stock, ordering supplies and ensuring effective stock rotation
- Organising, labelling and maintaining kitchen storage areas
- Adhering to all food safety, health and hygiene regulations
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Minimising waste and supporting cost control within the kitchen
