We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and deliver a comprehensive HR service across our organisation- 500 people + contractors, c 15 sites.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional to partner with managers, lead people-focused initiatives, and ensure best practice across all aspects of the full employee lifecycle.
This is a full time, office based role, on site at our Head Office in Ardleigh, Essex, with occasional travel to sites.
Applicants should have their own transport available to travel to sites.
The successful HR Manager candidate will play a key role in supporting organisational objectives through effective people management, employee engagement, talent development, and compliance with employment legislation.
