What You’ll Get Stuck Into as our CDP:
- Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items - running your section when fully trained and confident.
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section - great food, every time!
- Follow Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section.
- Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade - Sous/ Head Chef - Working as a team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner.
