To be a successful part of our bar team you will need:
- A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team members.
- A thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar related, including spirits, wines, cocktails and the âperfect serveâ to each customer.
- Great communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers in a lively, fast-paced environment.

In return we ask you to:
- Give great service to guests - taking guests' orders, serving drinks and taking cash & card payments.
- Meet all site standards of service & work within the team, leading to a great guest experience.
- Have/develop a good understanding of serving coffees, alcohol and wine.
- Open and close shifts which will include weekends & bank holidays on a pro rata basis.
- Have a willingness to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
