Surya Hotels is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a comprehensive HR service for 500+ staff and contractors across 15 sites.

The role is based at our Head Office in Ardleigh, Essex, with occasional travel to sites and a requirement for own transport.

You will partner with managers, drive people-focused initiatives, and ensure best practice across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compliance and development.

CIPD qualification is desirable.
