Are you a Junior Management Accountant looking for your next adventure? Are you looking to be part of an ambitious and fast-moving Company, in a role that centres on financial accuracy and challenges you all at the same time? It is a very busy time at Surya Hotels; we’re a fast-growing collection of 14 hotels and pubs throughout East Anglia, Hertfordshire and Surrey. You may have seen our refurbishment and relaunch of The George Hotel, on Colchester High Street, or visited The Mill Hotel in Sudbury or Kingscliff in Holland on Sea.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team in a Junior Management Accountant role, focussed on our parent Group (Flying Trade Group) finances.
Responsibilities- Raising Invoices for Residential and Commercial tenants
- Allocating rental payments
- Recharging and accounting for split property charges
- Preparing Property accounts
- Reconciliation of Debtors
- Preparing Rental schedules
- Preparing Cash Flow forecasts
- Intercompany Reconciliations
