- Proven experience as part of a Food & Beverage Team, a leadership role is advantageous
- Thirst to drive and improve standards across all areas of our food and beverage areas, with an eye for detail- delivering best in class experiences with personality and warmth
- Ability to lead, inspire, train a team, helping maintain high standards whilst being fair and consistent

Responsibilities
- Lead service from the front - taking guests orders, serving food and drinks, taking payments and giving great service to customers
- Meet all site standards of service & lead the team to do the same leading to a great guest experience.
- Have a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine to both a bar and restaurant environment.
- Opening and closing shifts, including cash ups and end of day sign offs
- Aid in developing & mentoring the Food & Beverage team to deliver great service.
- A willingness to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
