Your New Role

Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Lead Quality Administrator to join our Quality Team. In this role, you will be responsible for data input, generation of various release certificates and paperwork, resolving queries, searching and retrieving records, and supporting Quality Engineers to resolve customer issues. If you are a team player, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, come and join our team in Dunmurry.

Key responsibilities for the Lead Quality Administrator role include but are not limited to:

  • Data input: Transfer of critical product information details from paperwork onto appropriate database.
  • Generation of appropriate legally binding Release Certificate/paperwork as Marine Certificate Of Conformance, Declaration Of Conformity, and Aerospace Form 1 in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and customer specific requirements.
  • Resolution of internal or customer queries on relevant certificates/paperwork.
  • Ability to search within the different systems for records and artefacts.
  • Archiving/retrieving of records.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Communicating with internal and external customers on queries ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Problem solving along with other departments and other production sites.

About You:

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, grade C or above (including English and Mathematics)
  • Level 3 (A-levels or BTECs) qualification or equivalent
  • Substantial experience working in an office/administrative environment
  • Demonstrable proficient experience in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word & Excel, for report writing and updating metrics
  • Use of databases
  • Experience in office management, to include documentation filing for ease of retrieval
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Exceptional team player
  • Can do attitude
  • Show initiative with the aim to continually improve internal processes

Desirable:

  • Internal audit experience (ISO 9001 or similar)
  • Experience in updating and releasing quality-controlled documents
  • Experience in producing formal release certificates for marine and aerospace industries (Certificate of Conformity, Declaration of Conformity, CAA Form 1)
  • Experience of using an ERP system
  • Experience working in a Quality Team
