Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Purchase to Pay Associate to join our Purchase to Pay Team based in Dunmurry as an apprentice.

Your New Role
Are you a Further Education college student studying a Level 2 or 3 course and looking to earn while you learn? This apprenticeship offers experience working in a fast‑paced finance team on a global scale.
We are seeking driven individuals with a can‑do, intellectually curious attitude to join our Purchase to Pay Apprenticeship Programme.
The role reports to the Purchase to Pay Team Lead and involves day‑to‑day administrative and clerical duties associated with processing, recording, reconciling, reporting and paying of suppliers.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Finance Operations & Payments – Support the end‑to‑end Purchase to Pay process by reviewing and processing invoices, maintaining supplier records, handling reconcilations and running routine finance reports.
- Communication & Issue Resolution – Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues, supplier queries or disputes, using professional tools and clear correspondence.
- Compliance & Process Adherence – Follow established procedures and quality standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations while contributing to process improvements.
- Personal Development & Team Culture – Participate in training, coaching and development activities, contributing to an inclusive, safe and value‑led workplace culture.
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes (not essential).
- A keen interest in Finance / Shared Services and a desire to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
