Key responsibilities for the Lead Lifeboat Service Technician role include but are not limited to:
- Perform inspections, servicing, installation, and emergency repairs of lifeboats and launching systems
- Represent Survitec in the field, providing expert technical support and customer service
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Work closely with the Service Operations Manager on scheduling and manpower planning

About You
Essential criteria:
- Proven hands-on experience with lifeboat systems and launching equipment
- Previous lead or supervisory experience (formal management not required)
- Technically proficient in at least one service line, with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Strong planning, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities
- Holds or willing to obtain Rope Access certification
- Valid UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel
