Survitec, a global leader in survival and safety solutions, is looking for a temporary , experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team based at our Beaufort Division in Ellesmere Port. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of business performance, helping to drive strategic decisions and shape the future of our operations.
Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, you\’ll take a leading role in shaping business strategy, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of a dedicated business area. From forecasting and budgeting to performance tracking and strategic planning, you\’ll provide high-impact insights and expert advice that directly influence business outcomes.
What you can expect from the role
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a key business area
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance
- Guide strategic decisions with expert financial analysis and risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and external regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, advising on key financial matters
- Support change initiatives and transformation projects

What We\’re Looking For
University Degree or Postgraduate (Master\’s) qualification in Finance or related field
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
7-10 years of experience in a senior finance role with exposure to strategic business partnering
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A collaborative approach and passion for innovation and excellence
