This is a full-time position located in Enderby, Leicester, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead and manage building projects from inception to completion, providing expert advice and collaboration with clients in the education sector.
- Responsibilities include conducting building assessments, preparing feasibility reports, specifications of work and contract administration services.
- You will also mentor junior team members and foster strong, trusted client relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in building surveying.
- Strong skills in assessing building performance, preparing reports, and managing construction projects at various stages.
- Proficiency in compliance with building regulations and managing funding applications.
