You will oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination and reporting across multiple sites, while steering key projects and ensuring compliant, scalable processes.
You will manage the People Advisor and Recruitment Lead, working closely with senior leaders to provide practical, hands-on support and strategic HR guidance during a period of change and growth.
