Job Description
My client is a well-established international office furniture manufacturer with over 200 years of history, furnishing forward-looking, innovative and sustainable working environments. They are seeking a Mid-Weight Project Designer / Visualiser to join their team at their Clerkenwell showroom in London, with flexible working.
What You'll Do
- Develop high-quality and timely planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models (Revit, CAD) and renderings for projects, proposals, marketing and customer presentations.
- Create design concepts and solutions that meet client requests effectively, supporting sales in product identification, configuration and preparation of final design packs for successful installations.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy and maintenance of customer, design and technical data in internal systems, keeping product renderings, drawings and resource libraries up to date.
- Collaborate closely with sales staff on all sales-related matters and proactively contribute to improving quality and efficiency in the design process and outputs.
Requirements
- A strong design background with expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D visualisation and P.con
- A solid understanding of the contract furniture industry
- Strong attention to detail in technical design and floor planning
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage fast-paced creative needs
- Great team spirit and comfortable, confident communication with customers and colleagues
- A passion for finding the right solution for every client, acting as a trusted advisor
