TeknikalSpecialist Recruitment are now recruiting for a PDI Technician for our well established plant hire client in the Baldock, Hertfordshire area. Salary £36,000 - £40,000 DOE plus on-going progression and a rapidly growing organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs on a variety of plant machinery and keep accurate records.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices at all times.

What You Will Need:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent qualification (salary will reflect qualification).
  • Proven track record in plant machinery maintenance and repairs.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
  • CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required based on operational needs.
  • Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annum (depending on qualification).
