About The Role

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 Shift Engineers plus on-site contractors.
  • Hands-on support with PPMs and reactive maintenance.
  • Oversee electrical fault finding, automation, control panels, and single/three-phase motors.
  • Manage maintenance programs, reporting, and performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and collaborate closely with production teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support on-site projects.

What We're Looking For

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong experience with Shire/Piranha maintenance software.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in engineering maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.).
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
