About The Role
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Shift Engineers plus on-site contractors.
- Hands-on support with PPMs and reactive maintenance.
- Oversee electrical fault finding, automation, control panels, and single/three-phase motors.
- Manage maintenance programs, reporting, and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and collaborate closely with production teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and support on-site projects.
What We're Looking For
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong experience with Shire/Piranha maintenance software.
- Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in engineering maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.).
- Passion for continuous improvement.
