Multiskilled Facilities Technician – Location: Queens Park, Bedford, United Kingdom. We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our critical site support team. You will play a vital part in maintaining plant services and the manufacturing area, and driving continuous improvement across site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Be able to work a 24 Hour Rotating shift pattern
- Maintain plant and service equipment per maintenance schedules for optimal performance
- Conduct repairs and implement plant modifications
- Carry out PPMs, breakdown repairs, and new installations
- Perform preventative maintenance and lead improvement initiatives
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements
- Document procedures and support business objectives through collaboration
Your Profile
- BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
- Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering principles
- Experience with facilities equipment: pumps, piping, wiring layouts, transformers, PLCs
- Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair; knowledgeable in de-ionized systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; self-managed and reliable
- Creative thinker with passion for continuous improvement
