The Role
We are looking for a highly creative, self-motivated individual to join our design department. You would be a key part of the Teamwear design and operating model, helping to turn a customer’s design idea into reality as well as creating your own unique designs for others to love.
As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for the following;
- Supporting the customer in realising their bespoke Teamwear design requirements
- Work in conjunction with the Commercial, Customer Operations and Supply Operations teams in delivering Made to Order (MTO) teamwear and creating artwork for our Kitbuilder Teamwear customers
- Create multisport-specific CAD artwork which follow specific customer briefs and brand guidelines
- Manage technical design details between business expectations and customer demand
- Creating new seasonal sublimated design options, ensuring proposed designs are fit for manufacture
- Leading the design process for key customers and accounts
- Liaising with factories in the UK and overseas for artwork approval and product development
- Creating design binders to showcase a range of potential design options to customers, including bespoke and stock options.
What We\’re Looking For
Technical Skills:
- The candidate must be highly proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe PDF
- The candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Have a detailed understanding of garment construction and fabric knowledge
- Have the ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines and be confident in reflecting the brand and brand values
- Work to, and design in line with seasonal critical paths.
- Technical production pack creation

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Interest in digital platforms and willingness to learn further technical skills
- A passion for team sports and a good understanding of the market
- Fashion Design Degree or alternatively, a minimum of 4 years\’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the Teamwear market
