The predicted salary is between 25000 - 28000 Β£ per year.
We're looking for an administrator to keep everything running smoothly at our Education Centre near Leatherhead. You'll be the go-to person for all things admin, supporting our Outdoor Learning team and the Wilder Schools programme plus coordinating our adult learning programme.
Every day will be varied - handling booking enquiries, uploading courses and events to our website and Eventbrite, tracking course and event bookings, liaising with external and internal tutors, managing emails, coordinating purchase orders and invoices, restocking supplies, and ensuring that visitors and staff have everything they need. You'll be central to the team, keeping things organised behind the scenes so that we can continue our vital work connecting people with nature.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm but we have a flexible/hybrid working policy to enable some flexibility on the hours for this role although a minimum of 4 days will need to be office based.
The salary offered to successful applicants will form part of a benefits package including:
