The Role As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, you’ll handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone * Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle * Organising and supervising test drives * Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly * Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system * Following up on leads to build lasting relationships * This position focuses on used car sales, working with a hand-picked range of quality vehicles. About You We’re looking for someone who: * Has strong people skills and a professional approach * Is confident communicating both in person and over the phone * Can work well independently and as part of a close team * Is IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems * Holds a full UK driving licence Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
