The CCTV Engineer will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of CCTV systems. The role includes small works installations, periodic maintenance, and fault finding. You will need to ensure that all daily targets are met to satisfy our clients’ service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have experience in the security industry, particularly in CCTV systems, and will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Maintenance: Attend client sites to install, service, and maintain CCTV systems.
  • Fault Finding: Diagnose and resolve issues with CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain professional communication with clients, ensuring their security needs are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out to industry standards, with a strong awareness of Health & Safety protocols.
  • Reporting: Complete all electronic reports promptly and accurately for submission to the service desk.
  • Stock & Vehicle Management: Effectively manage stock and conduct regular vehicle audits.
Role Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in CCTV/Intruder Alarm system installation and maintenance is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Time Management: Good timekeeping skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Licenses/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence is required.

This role will require travel to various sites, and you must be available to work on-call or after hours if necessary.
