We are looking for a motivated and caring Associate Dentist to join our friendly, professional team at Surrey Quays Dental Practice. The successful candidate will take over an existing list of NHS patients and have the opportunity to provide private treatments as well.
Practice has excellent transport links: 14 mins walk to Canada Water tube station, 3 mins walk to Surrey Quays tube station. Thursdays 9 AM to 5 PM; £14 per UDA competitive remuneration of 50% for private.
Your Role
- Provide high‑quality NHS dental care in line with GDC and NHS standards.
- Deliver a full range of dental treatments including check‑ups, restorative care, preventative advice, and emergency appointments.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date clinical records in accordance with GDC and CQC requirements.
- Work collaboratively with practice staff and dental nurses to ensure excellent patient care.
- Promote oral health and provide patient education and treatment plans.
- Adhere to infection control, health & safety, and safeguarding policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.

- GDC registered and fully qualified Dentist.
- Performer Number (NHS performer list inclusion) – essential.
- Indemnity insurance cover.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high standards of clinical care and patient experience.
- Valid Immunisations (Hep B).
- Clear DBS certificate (we can support with this if required).
- CPD certificates & 2 clinical references.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
