About the Role
As our Orthodontic Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients — greeting them with a smile, ensuring a smooth check‑in process, and supporting our clinical team with day‑to‑day administration. You’ll play a key role in maintaining an organised, efficient, and caring environment.
(Please note: This role may include occasional cover at our sister practice in Godalming.)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage appointment scheduling
- Handle calls and provide information about our treatments and services
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
- Process payments and billing
- Support administrative duties and collaborate with the clinical team
- Keep our reception area warm, tidy, and inviting
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a busy reception or customer service environment (essential)
