Crown Law Solicitors are based in Morden and Wanstead and have built a strong and loyal client base. Our fee earners are specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. Our vision is to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who wishes to be part of our continued growth and who shares the firm’s core values.
We are currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer with a broad range of residential conveyancing experience.
The successful candidate will ideally have 1–3+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing and excellent knowledge across all residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and lease extensions. You will be able to manage matters independently, work on complex legal issues, and demonstrate enthusiasm for networking and business development. The role requires strong relationship-building skills with clients and referrers, alongside a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
Key responsibilities will include handling sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, registered and unregistered properties, Help to Buy, shared ownership, lease matters, and liaising with clients and external professionals, as well as working alongside the Private Client department. Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, based in Morden (SM4 5BL).
