The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

We are seeking a kind, reliable Personal Assistant to support 12‑year‑old Nicholas at home during term time and school holidays. The role is for 3 hours per week during term time, ideally in one block during the week. During school holidays, the hours increase to 6 hours per week, which can be worked as two 3‑hour sessions over two days. Initially, support will take place at home, as building trust and familiarity is important. Once a relationship is established, the role may develop further.

Support will include:

  • Providing general supervision and reassurance
  • Supporting with toileting needs, including supervision with wiping and hand washing
  • Encouraging calm, appropriate activities within the home

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Patient, understanding and trustworthy
  • Comfortable supporting with personal care tasks
  • Able to build a positive and consistent relationship
