We are looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive Support Worker to provide consistent supervision and support Toni in her daily life. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting someone to stay active, engaged, and connected to their community.

Responsibilities

  • Providing consistent supervision and support throughout the day
  • Supporting attendance at regular activities such as swimming, the gym, and crafts
  • Encouraging social engagement, including meals out and visiting family
  • Accompanying on trips out, such as seaside visits, garden centres, and nature walks
  • Attending and supporting with appointments (e.g. GP, hospital, hearing/eyesight tests, Job Centre/DWP)
