About The Role:
- Support Tilly, a 14-year-old who loves sports, games, and active days out
- Join in with football, basketball, and family trips (e.g. theme parks, community outings)
- Provide calm, consistent support - Tilly is non-verbal, with some speech and uses picture prompts
- Help manage challenging behaviours with patience and firmness
- Support independence and confidence through fun activities
What we’re looking for:
- Energetic, reliable, and supportive PA
- Able to give Tilly time and space to process communication
- Comfortable around pets (dog and cats at home - dog can be kept separate if needed)
- Ideally a driver, to enable outings in the community
