Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm (30 hours per week)
Location: South Merstham, nr. Redhill
Pay: £14.80 per hour
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive Support Worker to provide consistent supervision and support to Toni in her daily life. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting someone to stay active, engaged, and connected to their community.
Key Responsibilities- Providing consistent supervision and support throughout the day
- Supporting attendance at regular activities such as swimming, the gym, and crafts
- Encouraging social engagement, including meals out and visiting family
- Accompanying on trips out, such as seaside visits, garden centres, and nature walks
- Attending and supporting with appointments (e.g. GP, hospital, hearing/eyesight tests, Job Centre/DWP)
- Patient, reliable, and attentive
- Enjoys being out and about and supporting others to engage in activities
- Able to provide consistent supervision and build a trusting relationship
- Flexible and proactive in supporting day-to-day needs
