About The Role

  • Support Tilly, a 14-year-old who loves sports, games, and active days out
  • Join in with football, basketball, and family trips (e.g. theme parks, community outings)
  • Provide calm, consistent support – Tilly is non-verbal, with some speech and uses picture prompts
  • Help manage challenging behaviours with patience and firmness
  • Support independence and confidence through fun activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Energetic, reliable, and supportive PA
  • Able to give Tilly time and space to process communication
  • Comfortable around pets (dog and cats at home – dog can be kept separate if needed)
  • Ideally a driver, to enable outings in the community
