Surrey Heath Borough Council is looking for a Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Legal Services team based in Camberley. We seek a commercial property professional with over 4 years post‐qualification experience.
Responsibilities
- The role involves a wide range of non‐contentious matters focusing on landlord and tenant work for our retail property portfolio, as well as advising on other commercial property matters, proposed development sites and general Council matters.
- You will progress property transactions in collaboration with the Council's property team with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive with commercial property background
- Over 4 years post‐qualification experience
- Experience in private practice or local government preferred
