Surrey Downs Health and Care is seeking a Specialist Diabetes Podiatrist to join the Diabetes Intermediate Service (Tier 3). You will provide evidence-based care, education and support to patients with all types of diabetes, working within a multidisciplinary team to strengthen pathways between Acute, Tier 3 and Community care.
You will lead on clinical governance, audits and service improvement, mentor podiatry colleagues and contribute to training.
