This role has a starting salary of £47,142 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. This is a new role supporting our Integrated Reablement Service to deliver essential care and support to individuals in their own homes across Surrey. The team are currently based in Woodhatch, however we support hybrid working with the right balance. Further information regarding the working pattern can be discussed at interview.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Finance & Resource Manager to oversee the business-related functions within our Integrated Reablement Service. This role involves effective analysis, planning, implementation, and monitoring of finance and resource requirements to ensure optimal service delivery and value for money. You will be the line manager of a small team of staff and be accountable to the Senior Business Support Manager for AWHP Business Support.
