About The Role
We are recruiting for two Family Support Coordinator’s to join our Family Centres in Mole Valley and Reigate & Banstead. You will provide 1:1 support to families with children and young people aged 0-19 years old and involve them in a range of group projects to achieve best outcomes.
This role requires someone with experience of supporting families and young people. We are looking for a candidate who has experience of delivering group and 1:1 support using motivational interviewing techniques and someone that can quickly establish and maintain positive relationships with their assigned families
