Adults Social Worker - East Surrey Hospital

This role has a starting salary of £40,929?per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. We are excited to be recruiting a?permanent full-time Social Worker?to join our fantastic Social Care Team working from within East Surrey Hospital. This role offers?hybrid working?however there is the expectation to be in the office at least 2 to 3 days a week to support hospital discharges.?
