We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join us as an Administrator to provide administrative support to our Registered Manager and Short Breaks Emily Lodge Team at Surrey Choices. As an Administrator, you will manage the email inboxes, answer telephone queries, manage diaries, and data entry onto Choices Connect. You will work closely with the Finance Team to provide financial reports and information when required. You will be working collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the services, prepare staff rotas, support customer bookings as and when needed, update customer paperwork and provide a high standard of customer service.
