Community Support Worker

- Salary: £25,310 per year
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, mainly Mon‑Fri 8.30am‑4.30pm, with occasional evening and weekend work on a rota basis). Part‑time hours are also available.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team at Surrey Choices. Using a person‑centred approach, you will support people within their community in line with their interests and aspirations. Whether visiting a leisure centre, local library or cinema, you will help people lead more active, independent, and healthy lives.

Qualifications
- A kind and caring approach to supporting people.
- A willingness to learn.
- A passion for creating diverse communities.
- An ability to communicate well with others.
- Confidence in using basic IT equipment and systems.
- Driving licence would be an advantage to travel to various hubs.
