This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join a cohesive, forward thinking team working with two specialist hand surgeons, extended scope hand therapists, band 7 hand therapist and rehabilitation technician at East Surrey Hospital. We deliver specialist therapy to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and acquired conditions.
We have the privilege of working closely with patients during their treatment, planning and recovery. As part of the multidisciplinary specialist team, you treat patients with a range of injuries and conditions affecting the hand, developing rehabilitation programmes in both one to one and group environments and where appropriate via digital and virtual technology.
The post holder will be expected to provide intensive therapy to maximise patients\’ quality of life, independence in activities of daily living and have a flexible approach to working within the changing landscape of healthcare delivery.
