We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic OT within our Elderly Care Team. This includes our new ICT wards that focus on rehab and reablement of our medically fit patients.

Our department is full of opportunity for an OT who is ready to expand their skills further and specialise in geriatric clinical practice. There are opportunities for specialist training within the clinical field, service development within the team and excellent opportunities to develop your leadership skills.

Our department operates an integrated therapy service, where OTs and Physiotherapists work alongside each other in each of the clinical areas. The culture of multi-disciplinary working is well established and respected within the hospital.

The Therapy department is committed to providing an environment of excellent professional growth and offers daily team huddles and regular departmental meetings; ensuring effective communication within the teams. We incorporate CPD time, regular performance reviews and service development projects. Supervision is highly regarded within the department as a method of ensuring all staff are supported in their professional development and career progression.

We Provide Emergency And Non-emergency Services To The Residents Of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, And South Croydon, Including The Major Towns Of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate And Redhill; a Community Of Over 535,000 People. We Provide Acute And Complex Services And a Range Of Outpatient, Diagnostic Services Whilst Crawley Hospital And Horsham In West Sussex And Caterham Dene Hospital And Oxted Health Centre In Surrey Provide Less Complex Planned Services.
