Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service to patients, carers, and relatives? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Receptionist to work in our Gynaecology and Antenatal Outpatient Department at East Surrey Hospital. You will work with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth running of clinics and the delivery of patient care according to outpatient standards and Trust policies.

We are looking for a motivated receptionist with experience in an acute care setting. You should have excellent interpersonal, IT, and communication skills, and be able to organise and manage your workload effectively. Dedication and passion for working with patients, carers, and relatives are essential.

The role involves managing designated clinics, preparing and storing medical notes, and handling patient reception and discharge from the Trust\’s electronic records independently.
