This is a new exciting post on the neonatal unit to lead and develop neonatal nursing governance. To participate in the delivery of the Patient Safety initiatives within neonates to ensure that the quality of care, patient safety and experience including the family and clinical effectiveness is of the highest standards which meets national and local outcomes. The post holder will work closely with the maternity and paediatric risk management team.
