Overview
Surrey & Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust are seeking to appoint a full time IT Network Specialist on a permanent basis. This role is part of the IT network support team helping provide network support for all digital services across the Trust, which in the wider sense supports the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the IT network support team to deliver network support for all digital services across the Trust.
- Collaborate with expert 3rd parties to deliver the quality of service required by the Trust and to deploy approved changes.
- Participate in the 24x7 IT On-call service and work to the needs of the service, including flexibility, weekend and evening work as required.
- Travel and transport network equipment to other sites as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Dedicated, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a team to ensure a great experience for the Trust users.
- Ability to work with external partners and internal teams to deliver network services.
- Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call service and to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings) as required.
- UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and business car insurance.
