Overview

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) has opened a new Mental Health Inpatient Service in Chertsey, Surrey. Silverwood contains four adult inpatient wards. Our ambition is to transform inpatient mental healthcare for our local population. We are excited to recruit a Senior Administrator for our new hospital to grow our established team. The new unit provides 64 beds all with single ensuite bedrooms, two lounges and a dedicated garden for each ward, as well as a woodland area for supervised walks. Free parking is available to all colleagues working at Silverwood.

Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a high quality administrative and secretarial service to the multidisciplinary team. You will need to have good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and experience in a busy office environment and be experienced in use of Microsoft Office. We are looking for a person who is hard‑working, flexible and able to prioritise their work, and who wants to be part of a highly motivated team.

Qualifications

We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population. We work closely with other NHS and voluntary‑sector organisations who provide services and support people who use services and carers. We also provide social care services for people with learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
