We have a close-knit team of experts with strong attention to detail and willingness to think differently. Weâre now looking for someone to bolster our NPD team and support the efficient, effective and on time delivery of a pipeline of exciting innovations to market. We are looking for a proactive NPD Executive to join our NPD team and help drive our expanding product range. Working closely with our team and suppliers, youâll play a key role in delivering our ambitious launch calendar for 2026 and beyond. This is a handsâon entry-level role at a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand. Role & Responsibilities:
- 70% | Project Coordination & OTIF Support
- Project Tracking: Support the end-to-end delivery of the innovation pipeline, ensuring all tasks are updated to hit OTIF (On-Time In-Full) launch dates.
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation meetings, taking clear actions and following up with Finance, Ops, and Marketing to keep projects moving.
- Maintain NPD trackers, KPI dashboards, and risk registers, flagging any potential delays to the NPD Director immediately.
- Assist in the R&D process by coordinating quality testing, sampling rounds, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes within the oral care space.
- 15% | External Partnerships & Sourcing Support
- Act as a daily point of contact for manufacturing partners to request samples, specs, and quotes.
- Assist Operations in the administrative side of qualifying and onboarding new world-class suppliers.
- Support the team in researching new materials or sustainable technologies through desktop research and trade show attendance.
- 10% | CSO Process & Commercial Admin
- Support the Commercial Sign-Off process by gathering the necessary data from different departments to help build the innovation pipeline.
- Assist in monitoring the NPD budget, ensuring all invoices are processed and innovation spend is tracked against the forecast.
- 5% | Monday.com Super User
- Maintain the "source of truth" on Monday.com, ensuring all project boards are clean, automated where possible, and used consistently by the wider team.
- Help train new team members on the tool to maintain a high standard of project management across SURI.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in CPG/FMCG; ideally oral care, personal care or beauty.
- Minimum 1 years experience in contributing to innovative NPD projects.
- Familiar with project management tools and processes (stage gate).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Strong collaborator and communicator with influencing skills and gravitas at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, ideally a scale up business.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Happy to get involved across multiple different product elements and roll up your sleeves.
