Hospitality Supervisor

What are we looking for? Our business is rapidly expanding, we are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our friendly and driven Food & Beverage Team. You must be eligible to work in the UK. You will manage and supervise all daily catering services to Hotel restaurant, Café 1505 and all campus meeting & events rooms from setup to delivery and breakdown to specified standards to all internal and external guests in an accurate and timely manner. Leading from the front to ensure all facilities and services of the Food & Beverage department, and Hospitality and Event Operations meet the Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain good practices of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene in accordance with the policies laid down by Surgeons Quarter, reporting all maintenance issues in a timely manner and ensuring these issues are promptly resolved. Hands-on approach to manage the breakdown and cleaning of all catering activities from meeting rooms to kitchens, while preparing meeting rooms for future business. Ensure that a professional and customer focussed front line service is delivered at all times by leading by example.
