We're hiring an AI Search & GEO Strategist to make our B2B SaaS clients the answer that AI engines cite. This is a 12-month contract role focused on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO): growing brand visibility, citations and share of voice across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. You'll combine entity SEO, content engineering and measurement, working closely with our WriteWorks platform to prove citation lift in pipeline terms. B2B SaaS and hands-on GEO experience are essential.
What You'll Do
- Own GEO strategy across a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts
- Run citation tracking and share-of-voice analysis across 8+ AI engines
- Engineer citation-ready content with entity clarity, structure and prompt alignment
- Build prompt research and intent maps that mirror how buyers ask AI
- Use WriteWorks to measure AI visibility and connect it to pipeline
- Advise clients and internal teams on AI-search best practice and what's changing
- Report citation movement and AI-referred sessions in board-ready formats
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in SEO/content with hands-on GEO and AI-search experience. Essential
- Demonstrable results growing visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or AI Overviews
- Strong grasp of entity SEO, structured data and content extractability
- Confident analysing GA4, Search Console and citation tooling independently
- B2B SaaS experience and excellent client communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with content engineering platforms (e.g. WriteWorks)
- Python or JavaScript for SEO and data automation
- Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering
